Well, when you have two little girls born a week apart, you end up bombarding your own blog for a couple of days!
When we started thinking about having kids, never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that we would have three girls. I always thought it would be boys, boys, boys and I was perfectly content with that plan. Little did I know how different God's plan was from my own. And how absolutely terrified I was when our first child was born and the doctor said, "I
It seems like it was only yesterday, that I attended this lovely couple's wedding day - and it was very similar in weather! End of April, we thought for sure we would get a nice Spring day for their wedding....nope. It snowed. And I definitely didn't wear the right shoes.
This time, however, I learned my lesson! I at least wore the right shoes! When Jenna asked me if there was a good place that we could get shots with flowers for Monroe's 9 month pictures, I didn't realize
Watching this little girl get bigger and chunkier is the BEST! I can't believe it, Squish, but you're a 1/2 year old! Too bad we didn't have the snow we wanted for this Christmas-y shoot, but you are still ridiculously cute anyway!! #libertypark #downtownsaltlakecity #saltlakecityphotographer #saltlakecitywedding #saltlakecity #infantphotographer #infantphotography #outdoorfamilyphotography #familyphotos #familyphotographer #familyphotography #youngfamily #christmas2018 #chri
Wow, I can't believe how time flies. I love doing a series of pictures for clients -whether that be annually or every few months, like this. Just to see how families grow and change is such a blast! It seems like it was just yesterday that this little gal came out 5 weeks earlier than she was supposed to. And now, here she is! A squishy, squirmy smiley little pudge! I love it! I can't wait to see how much you grow again in a few months , Monroe! #utahphotography #downtownsalt

Woo hoo! October can be such a finicky month out here in Utah - 7 years ago when I married my husband, it was 80 degrees on October 15th. The following year I'm pretty sure we got snow. You just never know! But this year has been different - color in the mountains, but down in the valley
I got to finish up my busy couple weeks with my youngest daughter's FIRST BIRTHDAY! It's amazing how quickly a year goes when you're busy trying to teach a toddler how to not poop in her pants, keep your baby from eating everything in site - literally, everything - and simultaneously trying to keep both children from killing one another whether on purpose or accident.
Motherhood is far different from what I ever expected. I expected dirty diapers and sleepless nights. I ex
